Tiny Houses are portable as they can be built as wheeled structures. Bungalow houses, on the other hand, cannot be moved because they are built on a land.
4-) Zoning Status
Since Tiny Houses are wheeled structures, they do not have a zoning requirement in the area where they will be placed, but a travel permit is needed. According to the legislation, there is no zoning obligation if it is used as a wheeled or caravan after the registration, traffic registration and license plate processes are completed. Bungalow houses are structures built on zoned areas.
