Dilovası Project

In our project realized in Kocaeli Dilovası, Cold-Formed A.Ş. combined advanced engineering solutions with custom manufacturing processes to meet the unique architectural requirements of the design.

The steel structure, built on a reinforced concrete basement, stands out with its asymmetrical form and wide spans. One of the key technical features of the building is its ability to offer maximum usable interior space through span widths reaching up to 15 meters and column-free trusses extending up to 33 meters. Covering a total area of 1,475 square meters, the project was shaped in line with client expectations, with great attention given to achieving harmony between functionality and aesthetics in facade and roof cladding. The façade is enhanced with semi-sinusoidal panels, while the roof incorporates custom-made drainage channels to ensure structural integrity.

Through the seamless collaboration of architectural and engineering disciplines, both technical requirements and visual expectations were successfully fulfilled in this project.
